Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) is one of the largest Christian Business Men's Networks in the world. Founded in 1952, we are in 82 nations, meeting in thousands of chapters. Here in the United States there are thousands of members representing chapters across FGBMFI USA’s 10 regions.
FGBMFI’s primary strategy is executed on the local level; yet the organization is global in scope and reach.
Designed to be a grassroots movement, the structure of our organization purposefully attempts to push resources to local level – equipping the member to impact his or her local community or city.
Our International President
On February 10, 2023 in a solemn meeting of the International Directors, held in the city of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Mr. Francis Owusu was elected by a majority vote as the new International President of Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International.
We are sure that Mr. Owusu, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, will be able to lead our fellowship to seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness as we share with the world the reasons why we are “The Happiest People on Earth.”

Francis, his wife Jennifer, and family reside in the city of Accra, Ghana. He has been an active member of the Fellowship for over 25 years. Most recently, from 2018 to 2023, he served as the FGBMFI International Treasurer guiding the Fellowship into a debt free organization.

Francis is a product of the London School of Economics, UK and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK.
​
He is an Executive Director of the Fiesta Hotels & Residences, a family-owned hospitality group based in Ghana with affiliates in South Africa.​
​
Let’s agree in prayer that Francis will experience daily the promises of Psalms 32:8 “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will guide you with My eye”. May he receive wisdom from above to carry out the work for which he has been called in these special times as our International President.

Our USA National President & Officers
The Holy Spirit continues to guide and empower the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International in the United States to demonstrate “His Banner Over Us Is Love”.
On Saturday, July 21, 2018 (Demos Shakarian's 105th birthday), at the FGBMFI World Convention in Las Vegas, International President Mario Garcia and his senior leadership team agreed to accept Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International USA (KS Not-For Profit Corporation) to represent FGBMFI in the United States.
With a majority of the 9 original FGBMFI-USA Directors present (Paul Lai, Neil Nelles, Mike Postlewait, Joel Swallow, Ron Weinbender), officers were elected to form the initial leadership team. The current officers are:​

Mike Postlewait is the Founder/CEO of Management by Strengths (MBS), a team building and communication strategy company whose largest clients include Delta Air Lines and the Hendrick Automotive Group. He attributes his business success to conducting it based upon the Word of God. He is married to his beautiful bride of over 60 years, Sharon, and they are blessed with 6 children, 17 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren!
Mike was introduced to the Baptism of Holy Spirit in the early 1980's at a FGBMFI meeting where Benny Hinn was teaching a workshop on the Holy Spirit. Since then, he has been leading his life with the guidance of The Holy Spirit, basing it upon truth and the principles of the Bible. Mike was serving as a FGBMFI International Director for the USA prior to his election as President.

At the May 2021 FGBMFI-USA National Convention in Miami, Mike was reelected by the USA Chapter Delegates for another 3-year term as the USA National President.
